Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. in Calapan, Oriental Mindoro, is seeking a Branch Operations Supervisor to oversee daily tellering, cashiering and ATM operations while ensuring prompt service and compliance with bank standards.

The role also supports the Marketing Section and assists the Branch Head in promoting the bank’s products and services, with willingness to travel within the branch network.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the over-all cash and marketing operations of the branch
• Ensures secured and continued availability of ATM operations and assumes accounting responsibility on vouching of transaction
• Ensures adherence to prescribed bank policies and procedures, internal control, external regulatory requirements and compliance to service standards of branch personnel under his supervision
• Assists in achieving branch financial targets
• Amenable to movement within the covered area/ cluster
