Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations in line with policies and internal controls.
• Ensure accurate end-of-day balancing, transaction callbacks, and balanced books.
• Supervise New Accounts Section customer service processes and special services.
• Act as training coach and reliever to Branch Service Head when needed.
