Job summary

CBS China Bank Savings is seeking a Reserve Officer to cover Branch Service Head or Branch Operations Head roles during gaps, with flexibility to act as Service Associate or Teller as needed. Assignment includes Butuan City and potential redeployments within the district. The role emphasizes cash management, deposits, internal controls, marketing, and people development across branch

Qualifications

• Must have a 4-year college degree, preferably business.
• Minimum 5 years experience in branch banking operations with exposure to new accounts, tellering and clearing.
• Extensive knowledge of bank policies and procedures for branch operations.
• Customer service oriented and able to supervise people.
• Willing to be assigned at Butuan City; amendable to be assigned in different areas within the district.
