CBS China Bank Savings seeks a Branch Service Head to oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure compliance with bank policies and internal controls. You will assist the Branch Head in marketing through cross-selling of bank products and services.

Responsibilities include cash management, deposit operations, internal control, marketing, people management, and administrative functions within the branch environment.

Formación

• Must be a college graduate of any 4 year course.
• Minimum 5 years experience in branch banking operations with exposure on new accounts, tellering and clearing operations.
• Extensive knowledge of bank policies and procedures for branch operations.
• Customer service oriented and able to supervise people.
