Job summary

CBS China Bank Savings is seeking a Branch Service Head to oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with bank policies. The role includes assisting with marketing, cross-selling products and services, and maintaining strong internal controls.

You will be responsible for cash management, deposit operations, and staff supervision, with a focus on customer service excellence and operational efficiency at the Dagupan branch.

Qualifications

• Must be a college graduate of any 4 year course.
• Must have at least 5 years experience in branch banking operations with exposure on new accounts, tellering and clearing operations.
• Extensive knowledge in bank policies and procedures for branch operations.
• Customer service oriented and able to supervise people.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Ensure branch operations adhere to bank policies and internal controls.
• Assist Branch Head in marketing through cross-selling bank products and services.
• Manage cash management functions and deposit operations.
• Monitor internal control, compliance, and risk management at the branch.
• Lead and develop branch staff through effective people management.
