Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to manage BBG’s marketing collaterals for branches, ensuring adherence to branding guidelines and driving merchandising initiatives. The role requires proactive process improvements and close collaboration with various internal teams.

The candidate will review layouts, coordinate with PMD/Procurement, and support digital transformation efforts through effective visual merchandising setup across branches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree graduate, preferably Marketing related course.
• At least 5 years of work experience in marketing, merchandising, advertising or related.

Responsibilities

• Manage BBG’s marketing collaterals for branches and ensure alignment with branding guidelines.
• Propose process improvements for correct implementation of marketing collaterals.
• Support BBG merchandising and marketing initiatives.
• Review and provide initial approval of layout proposals from Branch Merchandising teams of PMD/Procurement.
• Coordinate with other business groups on merchandising materials for branch displays.
• Assist Go Digital Transformation initiatives with visual merchandising setup.
