Job summary

Bioessence Philippines is seeking a Nurse Sales Consultant to connect with clients, assess skincare and wellness needs, and recommend effective solutions. You will drive sales while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced beauty and wellness brand environment.

As part of the team, you’ll nurture relationships, follow up for retention, and support branch operations. RN or non-nurse with sales experience encouraged to apply; incentives and travel opportunities are part of the package.

Qualifications

• RN with sales experience or willing to build a sales career in client consulting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and understand client needs

Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations, including skin and figure analysis

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Registered Nurse with sales experience, or a Registered Nurse who is willing to build a career in sales and client consulting

• Non-nurses with proven sales experience are also welcome to apply, preferably from pharmaceutical, medical, insurance, real estate, retail, or other relationship-based sales industries

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, understand client needs, and recommend appropriate solutions

• Results-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales targets, conversion goals, and customer retention objectives

• Confident in conducting consultations, handling objections, and closing sales opportunities

• Professional, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
