Bioessence is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations and drive service excellence in a fast-paced wellness environment.

You will lead a high-performing team, coach staff, and ensure customer satisfaction while achieving branch targets and maintaining compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing branch operations in a service-oriented business.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or branch management role.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing branch operations in a service-oriented business such as fastfood, casual dining, retail, hospitality, wellness, or healthcare

• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory, assistant manager, or branch management role

• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to coach, develop, and drive team performance

• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets, drive business growth, and execute operational initiatives

• Strong understanding of branch operations, including compliance, inventory management, reporting, cash handling, and service standards

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
