Qualifications

• 2+ years supervisory/management experience, preferably as Branch Manager or similar role.
• Travel agency or travel sales experience strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing team performance.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Experience in monitoring sales KPIs and preparing performance reports.

Responsibilities

About the role
