Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a results-driven Branch Manager to lead sales performance and operations at our Pangasinan/Casasiao branch.

You will supervise dealer experiences, implement strategies for growth, and ensure daily operations run smoothly with compliance and inventory control. The ideal candidate has a strong background in direct selling or retail, 5+ years in sales or operations, and 3+ years in supervisory roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in sales, branch operations, or business development (preferably direct selling, FMCG, or retail).
• 3+ years experience in a supervisory or managerial role leading sales or operations teams.
• Experience in dealer recruitment and engagement, with strong background in inventory, logistics, branch operations, and local market development.

• Drive overall branch success by leading sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering consistent dealer experiences that build loyalty.
• Execute sales strategies and expand dealer network performance to achieve business growth.
