Job summary

Gigahertz Computer Systems in Manila is seeking a store leader to drive sales and service targets, supervise staff, and maintain a high standard of store condition. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership on the shop floor and ongoing training for team members.

The candidate must have at least 3 years in a leadership role, be able to motivate and develop staff, and be willing to train at the head office in Quiapo, Manila. This position operates on site in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in a leadership/management role.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships, train and develop staff.
• Physical stamina to stand/move on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Achieve overall sales and service targets aligned with corporate goals.
• Monitor the display for adapters and upgrade components.
• Provide feedback on competitors’ trade and marketing activities.
• Ensure the store remains in pristine condition at all times.

4. Ensure that the store is in pristine condition at all times.

5. Check and monitor that operational policies and procedures are always enforced.

JOB DUTIES:

• With at least 3 years of work experience in a leadership or management role

• Ability to build and maintain relationships, apply skills, and train and develop staff.

• Ability to be on the feet most of the day, or moving on the sales floor.

• Willing to undergo one week training at our head office in Quiapo, Manila
