JBW FloorCenter, Inc. in Cavite is seeking a store sales/branch manager with proven experience in leading sales teams and managing key accounts. The role involves developing sales strategies, supervising store operations, and building client relationships.

You will focus on acquiring new clients and managing needs of existing clients, including engineers, architects, developers, and contractors. A commission-based incentive structure is offered with direct hiring and probationary status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Marketing, Commerce/Business or related field.
• Driven and willing to learn about the industry, the company, and its products.
• With Sales Manager/Branch Manager experience.
• With existing clients, such as Engineer, Architect, Developers, Contractors, Builders, Construction Firms, or a portfolio, etc.
• Confident, smart, and presentable.
• Driven and willing to learn about the industry, the company, and its products.

Responsibilities
