Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Commerce (Master's degree an advantage).
• At least 3 years managerial banking operations experience (if coming from other banks).
• At least 5 years supervisory experience in banking operations (if coming from within).
• Proficient in written and oral English.
• Computer literate.
• High sense of integrity and customer service attitude.
• Strong people and leadership skills.
• Teamplayer, organized and systematic.
• Strategic and self-driven, results-focused.

The Branch Manager is responsible for selling the products and services available in the assigned branch as well as for the supervision of the overall operations of the branch and other regulatory agencies.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduate of 4-year course in Business, Finance, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent; Graduate in Master's degree is a great advantage
• At least 3 years of experience in the Banking Operations in a managerial capacity (if coming from other banks)
• At least 5 years of experience in the banking operations in a supervisory capacity (if coming from within)
• Proficient in written and oral English
• Computer literate
• High sense of integrity and customer service attitude
• Strong people and leadership skills
