• Branch Operations Management: Oversee daily branch activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Manage resources effectively to meet operational goals.
• Sales and Business Development: Develop strategies to achieve branch sales targets and profitability goals. Identify business opportunities and potential markets to expand client base. Promote products and services to meet customer needs and grow revenue.
• Team Leadership and Development: Supervise, train, and mentor branch staff to improve performance and service quality. Set clear performance objectives and regularly evaluate staff performance. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Customer Service and Relationship Management: Ensure high-quality customer service is consistently delivered. Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
• Financial and Administrative Control: Monitor branch expenses and ensure adherence to budget. Safeguard branch assets and ensure accurate recordkeeping. Prepare and submit required reports to senior management.
