About the role

As Branch Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the branch's growth, implementing company policies, and fostering a high-performing team culture. This position is essential to our organisational success and directly impacts our ability to serve clients effectively across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all daily branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery across all departments

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve branch targets and financial objectives

• Manage and supervise branch staff, including recruitment, training, performance management and employee development

• Monitor branch financial performance, budgeting, cost control and profitability metrics

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant regulations within the manufacturing, transport and logistics sector

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and customer retention

• Identify operational improvements and implement measures to enhance productivity and service quality

• Lead health, safety and environmental initiatives to maintain a safe working environment for all staff

• Represent the branch at regional and company-level meetings, providing regular performance updates and insights

• Manage inventory, resources and equipment to optimise branch operations

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar senior management position within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry

• Strong understanding of operations management, financial planning and performance metrics
