About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Balintawak Quezon City location in Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial strategic role in driving the success and growth of our branch. As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational, financial, and commercial aspects of the salon, ensuring we deliver outstanding service whilst achieving and exceeding business targets. Key responsibilities

• Manage overall branch operations, including scheduling, inventory management, stock control, and facility maintenance to ensure smooth daily functioning
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the salon team to achieve high standards of customer service and professional excellence
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets
• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, control costs, and maximise profitability whilst maintaining service quality
• Recruit, train, and develop staff members, fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting career progression
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer loyalty and encourage repeat business
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
• Report to senior management on branch performance, market trends, and business developments
• Manage client concerns and complaints professionally, implementing effective resolution strategies
• Identify opportunities for business expansion, service enhancement, and operational improvements

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in the beauty, wellness, salon, or hospitality industry
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
• Excellent customer service orientation and experience managing client relationships
• Sound financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and P&L management
• Knowledge of beauty services, treatments, and industry best practices is advantageous
• Strong organisational and time management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills
