About the role

Fortune Esthe Beauty Clinic Salon is seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our Pasay City, Metro Manila location. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving business growth, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing all aspects of branch operations. As Branch Manager, you will be the strategic leader responsible for achieving sales targets, managing staff performance, and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery across our beauty clinic and salon services.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations of the branch, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and facility maintenance
• Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets through effective leadership, staff motivation, and customer relationship management
• Recruit, train, supervise, and develop a high-performing team of beauty therapists, stylists, and support staff
• Implement and maintain service quality standards, ensuring all customers receive exceptional care and experiences
• Manage scheduling, rostering, and resource allocation to optimise operational efficiency
• Monitor financial performance, control costs, and prepare regular reports on branch profitability and key performance indicators
• Develop and execute local marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to increase customer acquisition and retention
• Foster strong relationships with customers through personalised service and loyalty programmes
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations specific to beauty and wellness facilities
• Liaise with head office, reporting on branch performance and communicating market feedback and opportunities
