Job summary

Idara Corporation in Manila is seeking a Managerial Level professional with a strong sales background to drive strategic planning and operational objectives. The role involves coordinating customer support, operations and data-driven performance reviews, with training provided at the Quezon City Head Office.

Candidates should have 1–2 years in a managerial role, experience in aesthetics is a plus, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1-2 years experience in managerial level (experience in aesthetic clinic is an advantage)
• Has a strong background in sales and drive to meet sales target
• Willing to be trained in Quezon City Head Office

Responsibilities

• Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for various business functions, including but not limited to customer support and operations
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives
• Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements
• Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
• Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations
• Prepare reports that include sales data, financial activity, performance outcomes, goal achievement and overall productivity to present to executive management
• Communicate with customers to get feedback that can be used in improving processes and customer service
• Assist in solving problems and providing consulting assistance to create brand loyalty and lasting relationships
• Provide superior with regular feedback on the status of ongoing tasks and discuss other relevant concerns.
• Perform other related duties as required.
