Job summary

Avid Sales Corporation seeks a capable Branch Operations Supervisor to lead daily activities, drive efficiency, and ensure profitability across the branch.

You will recruit and mentor staff, manage budgets and customer relations, develop sales plans, and ensure compliance with policies and laws while building strong ties with clients and the local community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Studies or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in retail sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Pleasing personality.
• Knowledgeable in Audi-Video products is an advantage.
