Job summary

DERMCARE GROUP OF COMPANIES is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee the Misamis Oriental branch, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. You will lead, coach, and develop staff to meet individual and team goals while driving sales performance with effective strategies and maintaining excellent customer service.

You will monitor productivity, manage inventory, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and prepare reports on operational, sales, and performance metrics for management.
