Job summary

Cabalen Group in Cavite (Bacoor) is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support day-to-day operations and drive business development at the branch.

You will work toward sales targets, deliver excellent customer service, supervise staff, monitor inventory, prepare reports, and help manage the branch budget in compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist the branch manager in implementing business development strategies
• Work towards achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer complaints and resolving problems
• Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
• Conduct regular meetings with the branch team to ensure operational efficiency
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Prepare and submit regular reports on branch performance
• Assist in managing the branch’s budget and financial activities
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant regulations
