Job summary

BDO Network Bank is looking for a Branch Head to lead profitability, marketing, and operations at the Laguna branch. You will build long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients while ensuring high-quality service at counters and ATMs.

The role requires strong managerial skills, a four- or five-year degree, and at least 5 years in branch operations and marketing, with willingness to move within the covered area.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a four-year or five-year degree course.
• Has at least 5 year(s) of working experience in branch operations and marketing.
• Must have excellent managerial skills.
• Able to implement effective marketing strategies.
• Amenable with movement within the covered area.

Responsibilities

• Identify client needs and offer appropriate products and services to attain the goals and objectives of the Bank in terms of funds generation, credit services, and other bank products and profitability targets
• Oversee the overall servicing of the branch (i.e. over-the-counter and ATM).
