Job summary

WHR Global Consulting is seeking a Branch Insurance Officer to lead recruitment, activation, and branch growth in San Fernando, Pampanga. The role oversees a network of agents, drives sales performance, ensures service quality, and supports branch operations to meet business objectives.

You will recruit and onboard agents, train new hires, coordinate daily activities, and coach agents to achieve sales targets while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or any related field.
• Proven experience in agent recruitment for life insurance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with agents.
• Willingness to travel to North and Central Luzon.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new insurance agents; train and orient new hires.
• Coordinate daily branch activities; monitor agent performance and compliance.
• Coach agents; build relationships with agents and clients to drive sales.
• Develop local marketing and recruitment campaigns to grow market share.
