BDO Network Bank is seeking a Branch Head for our Basud, Bicol Region branch. The role focuses on profitability, marketing, operations, and administration, and building lasting relationships with clients.

You will identify client needs, offer suitable bank products, oversee branch servicing including over-the-counter and ATM, and drive effective marketing strategies while ensuring disciplined branch operations.

Competenze

• Graduate of a four-year or five-year degree course/Bachelor's Degree holder.
• Has at least 5 year(s) of working experience in branch operations and marketing.
• Must have excellent managerial skills.
• Able to implement effective marketing strategies.
• Amenable with movement within the covered area.

Job Summary

The Branch Head is responsible in the overall profitability, marketing, operations and administration of the branch, and developing long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify client needs and offer appropriate products and services to attain the goals and objectives of the Bank in terms of funds generation, credit services, and other bank products and profitability targets
