Job summary

BDO Unibank's BDO Network Bank is seeking a Branch Head who will drive profitability, marketing, operations and administration of the branch, and develop long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.

You will oversee over-the-counter and ATM servicing, identify client needs and offer appropriate products, and implement effective marketing strategies while ensuring staff performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a four-year or five-year degree program.
• At least 5 years of branch operations and marketing experience.
• Strong managerial skills and leadership abilities.
• Willing to travel within the covered area.

Job Summary

The Branch Head is responsible in the overall profitability, marketing, operations and administration of the branch, and developing long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify client needs and offer appropriate products and services to attain the goals and objectives of the Bank in terms of funds generation, credit services, and other bank products and profitability targets


• Oversee the overall servicing of the branch (i.e. over-the-counter and ATM).

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a four-year or five-year degree course / Bachelor's Degree Holder


• Has at least 5 year(s) of working experience in branch operations and marketing


• Must have excellent managerial skills.


• Able to implement effective marketing strategies


• Amenable with movement within the covered area
