Job summary

BDO Network Bank in Sta. Maria Pangasinan seeks a Branch Head responsible for overall profitability, marketing, operations and administration of the branch, and developing long-term relationships with clients.

The role requires a four- to five-year degree, at least five years of branch operations and marketing experience, strong managerial skills, and willingness to relocate within the covered area to Sta. Maria.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• At least 5 years of working experience in branch operations and marketing.
• Excellent managerial skills.
• Able to implement effective marketing strategies.
• Amenable with movement within the covered area.
• Willing to be assigned in Sta. Maria Pangasinan.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall servicing of the branch ( i.e. over-the-counter and ATM).
