Job summary

BDO Unibank seeks a Branch Head to lead profitability, marketing, operations and administration for its Pasay/Manila branches. You will develop long‑term client relationships, analyze market needs, and drive strategies to achieve funds generation and service targets.

Responsibilities include supervising branch staff, enforcing policies, controls, and compliance while maintaining high customer service standards and aligned with the bank’s growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related course.
• At least 5-10 years managerial experience in Branch Banking Marketing/Operations.
• Can speak Mandarin or Fookien.
• Available vacancies in Pasay and Manila.

• Identify client needs and offers appropriate products and services to attain the goals and objectives of the Bank in terms of funds generation, credit services and other bank products and profitability targets.
• Oversees the overall servicing of the branch- including administrative, control and compliance bank products, services, policies, procedures and controls of Branch Officers and staff.
