Job summary

BDO Network Bank is hiring a Branch Head in the Philippines to oversee profitability, marketing, operations and administration of the branch. You will develop long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients while ensuring excellent service across counter, ATM, and branch operations.

The ideal candidate has a four- or five-year degree, at least 5 years of branch operations and marketing experience, and strong managerial and marketing execution skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a four-year or five-year degree course / Bachelor's Degree Holder
• Has at least 5 year(s) of working experience in branch operations and marketing
• Must have excellent managerial skills.
• Able to implement effective marketing strategies
• Amenable with movement within the covered area

Responsibilities

• Identify client needs and offer appropriate products and services to attain the goals and objectives of the Bank in terms of funds generation, credit services, and other bank products and profitability targets
• Oversee the overall servicing of the branch (i.e. over-the-counter and ATM)
