Job summary

BDO Network Bank, a community bank subsidiary of BDO Unibank, seeks a Branch Head in the Delfin Albano Isabela area to oversee profitability, marketing, operations and administration while developing long-term client relationships.

The role requires leadership of branch teams, driving funds generation and credit product sales, and ensuring seamless service across counter and ATM channels to support the bank’s growth in Isabela.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a 4-year or 5-year degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in branch operations and marketing.
• Strong managerial skills are required.
• Experience implementing marketing strategies is preferred.
• Willingness to move within the coverage area and be assigned in Delfin Albano Isabela area.

Responsibilities

• Identify client needs and offer appropriate products and services to attain the bank’s goals in funds generation, credit services, and profitability targets.
• Oversee the overall servicing of the branch (i.e., over-the-counter and ATM).

Job Summary

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a four-year or five-year degree course / Bachelor's Degree Holder
• Has at least 5 year(s) of working experience in branch operations and marketing
• Must have excellent managerial skills.
• Able to implement effective marketing strategies
• Amenable with movement within the covered area
• Willing to be assigned in Delfin Albano Isabela area
