Job summary

AGNP Corporation / Fil Siklos Enterprise is seeking a Branch Head – Sales and Collection to lead the Filsiklos – Olongapo Branch. This full-time role oversees daily operations, drives sales, monitors collections, and ensures excellent customer service while maintaining branch records and compliance with company policies.

You will supervise the Sales Team to hit targets, handle cash and documents securely, and coordinate with Accounting and Treasury to ensure timely payments and accurate

Qualifications

• Prior branch management, sales, collections, or dealership operations experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent sales, customer service, and communication skills.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Experience in handling and monitoring cash collections and financial documents.
• Ability to monitor sales targets and branch performance.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of making sound decisions.
• Honest, trustworthy, and responsible in handling company funds and confidential documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting.
• College graduate preferred.
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch
• Leading and supervising the Sales Team to achieve branch sales targets
• Monitoring daily sales performance, reservations, releases, and customer transactions
• Managing and monitoring branch collections and ensuring timely submission of payments and collection reports
• Reviewing and reconciling daily sales and collection reports
• Assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and sales-related transactions
• Monitoring accounts receivable and following up on outstanding customer payments
• Coordinating with the Accounting, Treasury, and other departments regarding sales, collections, and branch concerns
• Ensuring proper handling and safekeeping of cash, documents, and other company assets
• Maintaining accurate and organized branch records and reports
• Ensuring that branch employees follow company policies, procedures, and standards
• Conducting regular monitoring of branch performance and providing updates to management
• Addressing operational issues and implementing appropriate solutions when needed
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and customer-friendly branch environment

About the role
