Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking an experienced Branch Manager in Pangasinan to oversee the branch's profitability, marketing, operations and administration, and to develop and sustain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.

You will collect market feedback, supervise staff, approve transactions, ensure compliance with control requirements, conduct meetings, handle personnel development, and act as Consumer Assistance Officer to drive excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develops sales and marketing strategies for the branch.
• Ensures acceptable accuracy level on marketing, cash and accounting operations including customer handling.
• Exercises approving and administrative authority in the operations of the branch by proper and timely approvals of various transactions, being mindful of control and compliance requirements within the bank.
• Attends to administrative-related matters such as the conduct of regular meetings among members of the branch, ascertains disbursements, premises upkeep, review and implementation of policies and procedures for better management of the branch.
• Handles manpower issues, initiates personnel movements, career planning and development of branch personnel.
• Acts as Consumer Assistance Officer (CAO).
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
