Job summary

BDO Network Bank in the Philippines seeks a Branch Head responsible for the overall profitability, marketing, operations and administration of the branch, and developing long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.

You will oversee the branch services, including over-the-counter and ATM, and identify client needs to offer suitable products to meet targets while moving within the covered area.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a four-year or five-year degree course / Bachelor's Degree Holder.
• Has at least 5 year(s) of working experience in branch operations and marketing.
• Must have excellent managerial skills.
• Able to implement effective marketing strategies.
• Amenable with movement within the covered area.

Responsibilities

• Identify client needs and offer appropriate products and services to attain the goals and objectives of the Bank in terms of funds generation, credit services, and other bank products and profitability targets.
• Oversee the overall servicing of the branch (i.e. over-the-counter and ATM).
