Job summary

Pagasa Philippines Finance Corporation is seeking a Branch Manager for the Branch Deployment. You will lead all aspects of branch operations, drive borrower growth, ensure portfolio quality, and safeguard assets while aligning with regulatory requirements.

You will coach staff, develop a high-performing team, and collaborate with Head Office to execute annual plans, expand market presence, and deliver sustainable financial results across the assigned area in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• At least 3 years in branch operations, lending, microfinance, banking, collections, or related financial services.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or people management experience.
• Strong leadership, analytics, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure targets are met.
• Lead, coach, and develop Assistant Branch Managers and Loan Officers.
• Manage portfolio quality and drive borrower growth and collections.
• Build relationships with clients, community leaders, and stakeholders.
