Job summary

Ascendion in Laguna, Philippines, is seeking a Branch Finance Associate to support day-to-day finance and administrative operations. You will work with branch, sales, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure data accuracy, timely processing, and reliable reporting.

The role requires a Finance-related degree, 1 year of experience (preferred), ERP exposure, strong Excel skills, and proficiency in English and Tagalog.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, Accounting Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
• Experience in FMCG, finance operations, accounting, collections, branch operations, or administrative reporting is an advantage.
• Good understanding or exposure to ERP/integrated business systems.
• Fluent in English and Tagalog.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate documents for newly opened outlets and customer information updates.
• Maintain and update customer master data and ensure supporting documents are complete and accurate.
• Assist with collection and remittance documentation and processing.
• Conduct phone-based validation of customer information and transactions when required.
• Prepare, consolidate, and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Monitor pending transactions, invoice confirmations, cheque clearing, returns, and other branch finance activities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, and other teams to resolve discrepancies and follow up on pending items.
• Support month-end activities, including warehouse inventory and POSM counts.
• Assist with reconciliation, documentation, and other finance-related administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the manager.
