Job summary

ORIX METRO Leasing and Finance Corporation is seeking a Branch Field Credit Investigator and Appraiser to support accounting and field credit activities at the NOVALICHES branch in Quezon City. The role involves assisting in recording transactions, preparing financial documents, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate holds a BS Accountancy or equivalent with at least 2 years of accounting experience; CPA is preferred, and exposure to external audits from top

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 2 years related experience in Accounting.
• Knowledge of accounting standards and practices.
• CPA preferred.
• Background/experience in external audit from Top Audit Firm preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent research, analytical and problem solving ability.
• Can work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Branch Field Credit Investigator and Appraiser

Role Description

Assists in the accounting processes to record business transactions and to prepare various accounting documents and financial statements of OMLF Insurance Agency (OIA). Assists in ensuring all business transactions and various accounting documents complies with the requirements of the respective Management, Stockholders, regulators, creditors and other stakeholders of OIA.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or equivalent
• At least 2 years related experience in Accounting
• With general knowledge and understanding of accounting standards and practices.
• Preferably a CPA
• Preferably with background/experience in external audit from Top Audit Firm
• Proficient in Excel, Word and other MS Office application
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent research, analytical and problem solving ability
• Can work under pressure with minimal supervision
