Job summary

ORIX METRO Leasing and Finance Corporation is seeking a Branch Field Credit Investigator and Appraiser. The role supports accounting processes to record transactions and to prepare financial statements, ensuring compliance with requirements of management, regulators, and stakeholders.

The candidate should have a BS Accountancy or equivalent, at least 2 years in accounting, and ideally a CPA with external audit exposure from a top firm. Proficiency in MS Excel and Word is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or equivalent
• At least 2 years related experience in Accounting
• With general knowledge and understanding of accounting standards and practices
• Preferably a CPA
• Preferably with background/experience in external audit from Top Audit Firm
• Proficient in Excel, Word and other MS Office application
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent research, analytical and problem solving ability
• Can work under pressure with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Assist in the accounting processes to record business transactions and to prepare accounting documents and financial statements
• Assist in ensuring all business transactions and accounting documents comply with requirements of management, stockholders, regulators, creditors and other stakeholders
