OMLF Insurance Agency is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support recording transactions and preparing financial statements for OIA. The role requires attention to detail and knowledge of accounting standards. You will ensure compliance with stakeholders’ requirements and collaborate with the team to maintain accurate records.

Competenze

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 2 years related experience in Accounting.
• With general knowledge and understanding of accounting standards and practices.
• CPA preferred.
• External audit experience from a Top Audit Firm preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and other MS Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent research, analytical and problem solving ability.
• Can work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Role Description

Assists in the accounting processes to record business transactions and to prepare various accounting documents and financial statements of OMLF Insurance Agency (OIA). Assists in ensuring all business transactions and various accounting documents complies with the requirements of the respective Management, Stockholders, regulators, creditors and other stakeholders of OIA.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or equivalent
• At least 2 years related experience in Accounting
• With general knowledge and understanding of accounting standards and practices.
• Preferably a CPA
• Preferably with background/experience in external audit from Top Audit Firm
• Proficient in Excel, Word and other MS Office application
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent research, analytical and problem solving ability
• Can work under pressure with minimal supervision
