Job summary

UnionBank in Cebu is seeking a Branch Ambassador to oversee the branch delivery system, promote platform services, assist with account openings, and manage daily cash operations at the branch level.

The role focuses on delivering excellent CX, handling administrative processes, and acting as the CAO of the branch, while coaching junior ambassadors to sustain outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in banking operations, branch servicing, or sales.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of cash management and branch controls.
• Leadership and team management experience is an advantage.
