Job summary

TL Mabuhay Driving Lesson Academy, Inc. is seeking a Branch Accounting Staff to maintain financial records, perform reconciliations, and support budgeting and close processes across assigned branches.

You will assist the accounting head and coordinate with head office and branch teams to ensure accurate reporting. The role involves preparing working papers, validating daily transactions, and maintaining filing systems in compliance with retention policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance required.
• 1–2 years accounting, bookkeeping or branch finance experience; fresh graduates may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Prepare working papers and financial reports for all assigned branches.
• Prepare reports on findings from validating daily transactions and branch reports.
• Adhere to the Record Retention Policy and maintain an orderly filing system of permanent records.
• Review and validate all requisitions from assigned branches.
• Monitor receivables and payables across assigned branches.
• Monitor daily collections and ensure accurate, timely deposits.
• Monitor petty cash fund disbursements.
• Monitor load balances and payables to LTO IT providers.
• Establish a collection and payment monitoring system.
• Prepare monthly inventory counts of all fixed assets.
• Prepare depreciation schedules of fixed assets.
• Perform complex account analyses and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with SOPD and Cluster Heads on fees collected per client / per medical certificate issued.
• Maintain financial records of telemedical consultations and payments.
• Update all department Google Sheets portals consistently.
• Perform other duties assigned by the superior and/or management.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or related field
