Job summary

Ugnay Solutions Philippines is seeking experienced BPO Trainers and Training Specialists to join our team. You will design and deliver training across multiple programs, from new hire to refresher sessions.

You will assess learners, provide coaching, update materials, and collaborate with Operations, Quality, and support teams to ensure training meets client requirements. Experience in a customer service or back-office environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a BPO Trainer or Training Specialist.
• Strong BPO background, preferably in CS, Collections, Sales, or Tech Support.
• Experience conducting New Hire and product/process training.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.

About the role

We are looking for experienced BPO Trainers and Training Specialists to join our team. We welcome professionals with a strong background in training, facilitation, and employee development across different BPO programs.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate training programs for new hires and existing employees.
• Conduct New Hire Training, Product/Process Training, Refresher Training, and Continuing Education.
• Deliver engaging classroom, virtual, and blended learning sessions.
• Assess trainee knowledge, skills, and readiness before deployment.
• Monitor trainee performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Develop and update training materials, presentations, activities, and assessments.
• Work closely with Operations, Quality, and other support teams to identify training needs.
• Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements.Ensure training content and delivery are aligned with business and client requirements.

About you

• Previous experience as a BPO Trainer, Training Specialist, Learning Facilitator, or similar role.
• Strong BPO experience, preferably in Customer Service, Collections, Sales, Technical Support, or Back Office.
• Experience conducting New Hire Training and/or product/process training.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and coaching skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience supporting local or international accounts is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, or other training tools.
• Willingness to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required.
