Job summary

Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead a high-performing BPO team in a global, client-focused environment in the Philippines.

You will drive performance, coaching, and KPI delivery across Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance, Claims, and Risk Management domains. You will oversee 2-4 years of people management, manage at least 7 direct reports, work on shifting schedules to support North America operations, and participate in hybrid work setup

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any 4-year course.
• 2-4 years of solid People Management experience in a BPO environment.
• Must have managed at least 7 or more direct reports.
• Experience handling operations in Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance, Claims, Risk Management, or other related BPO industries.
• Strong experience in KPI management, performance coaching, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule supporting North America operations.
• Stable employment history; candidates with frequent job hopping will not be prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team to consistently achieve operational and client KPIs.
• Drive team performance through KPI management, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and service levels while implementing continuous process improvements.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
