Qualifications

• Requires at least 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Experience handling BPO Life Insurance & Annuity programs.
• Demonstrated client service and leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Budgeting, business financial and P&L skills.
• Onsite work expected at Eastwood, Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Provides front-line supervision to an operational team of 2+ employees.
• Assigns work to direct reports and monitors performance.
• Recommends hiring, promotions and disciplinary actions.
• Ensures high quality of service to clients and escalates issues as needed.
• Manages hiring, staffing and development of the workforce.
• Interacts with clients and internal departments to resolve issues.
• Compiles data to identify trends for root cause analysis.
