Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent service.

• Accurately calculate and provide change.
• Issue receipts, invoices, or transaction records.
• Operate and maintain the POS system.
• Balance the cash drawer at start/end of shift.
• Report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Assist customers with basic inquiries and concerns.
• Keep cashier area clean, organized, and secure.
• Follow policies on cash handling, refunds, exchanges, and security.
