Job summary

BreadTalk Philippines, Inc. is seeking a diligent Cashier to join our team in the Philippines. You will handle customer transactions accurately, provide friendly service, and help maintain a secure, organized cashier area.

Responsibilities include processing payments, giving correct change, issuing receipts, balancing the cash drawer, and assisting with basic inquiries while upholding company policies. Willing to work overtime, weekends, nights, and holidays, with immediate availability.

Qualifications

• Candidate must hold at least a Senior High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Candidates with or without experience are encouraged to apply!
• Required Skill(s): Great interpersonal and customer service skills; Can work efficiently and effectively even under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Process cash, credit/debit card, and other payment transactions.
• Accurately calculate and provide change to customers.
• Issue receipts, invoices, or other transaction records.
• Operate and maintain the cash register/POS system.
• Verify prices, discounts, promotions, and payment details.
• Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Report discrepancies or payment issues to the supervisor.
• Assist customers with basic inquiries and concerns.
• Keep the cashier area clean, organized, and secure.
• Follow company policies regarding cash handling, refunds, exchanges, and security.
• Assist with other store or administrative duties as assigned.
