Job summary

BreadTalk Philippines, Inc. is seeking a reliable CASHIER to join our team. You will handle customer transactions accurately, provide friendly service, and maintain a clean, secure checkout area in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include processing payments, issuing receipts, balancing cash, and addressing customer inquiries. The ideal candidate is physically fit, available for overtime, weekends, and holidays, and ready to start immediately.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Senior High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Candidates with or without experience are encouraged to apply!
• Required Skill(s): Great interpersonal and customer service skills; Can work efficiently and effectively even under pressure.
• Amenable to working overtime, graveyard, weekends, and holidays
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
• Willing to start immediately

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Process cash, credit/debit card, and other payment transactions.
• Accurately calculate and provide change to customers.
• Issue receipts, invoices, or other transaction records.
• Operate and maintain the cash register/POS system.
• Verify prices, discounts, promotions, and payment details.
• Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Report discrepancies or payment issues to the supervisor.
• Assist customers with basic inquiries and concerns.
• Keep the cashier area clean, organized, and secure.
• Follow company policies regarding cash handling, refunds, exchanges, and security.
• Assist with other store or administrative duties as assigned
