BreadTalk Philippines, Inc. is seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier to handle customer transactions at our store in Metro Manila. You will greet customers, process payments, issue receipts, and ensure accuracy in cash handling and POS operations.

The role requires good interpersonal skills, the ability to work under pressure, and availability for overtime, weekends, and holidays. Training will be provided to maintain service standards and security procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in cashier roles and handling cash transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Process cash, credit/debit card, and other payment transactions.
• Accurately calculate and provide change to customers.
• Issue receipts, invoices, or other transaction records.
• Operate and maintain the cash register/POS system.
• Verify prices, discounts, promotions, and payment details.
• Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Report discrepancies or payment issues to the supervisor.
• Assist customers with basic inquiries and concerns.
• Keep the cashier area clean, organized, and secure.
• Follow company policies regarding cash handling, refunds, exchanges, and security.
• Assist with other store or administrative duties as assigned.
