Qualifications

• Experience as a Boom Truck Operator or Heavy Truck Driver (1–2+ years).
• Valid Professional Driver's License with heavy vehicle restriction codes.
• High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Operate boom trucks safely and efficiently to transport and position heavy materials and equipment on construction sites.
• Conduct pre-operation inspections of boom truck equipment to ensure all safety systems and mechanical components are functioning correctly.
• Communicate effectively with site supervisors, riggers and other team members to coordinate lifting operations and ensure precise placement of loads.
• Follow all safety protocols, regulations and company procedures at all times to maintain a secure work environment.
• Position the boom truck and stabilisers correctly to maintain stability during loading, transport and unloading operations.
• Monitor load securing procedures and ensure all loads are properly balanced and restrained.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the boom truck to maintain its operational condition.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and report any equipment defects or malfunctions to supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned

About the role

Net Pacific, Inc. is seeking an experienced and reliable Boom Truck Driver to join our construction operations team. This is a contract position based in Tarlac City, Tarlac. As a Boom Truck Driver, you will play a critical role in our contracts management operations, ensuring the safe and efficient movement and positioning of heavy loads on construction sites. Your expertise in operating specialised lifting equipment will be essential to the success of our projects and the safety of our team members.

What we're looking for

• Experience as a Boom Truck Operator or Heavy Truck Driver, typically 1 to 2+ years.
• Valid Professional Driver's License with appropriate heavy vehicle restriction codes (e.g., Restrictions 1,2,3 or equivalent commercial classification - CODE B, B1, B2, C, D)
• High School Diploma
