Lynk Global is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our Australian construction operation based in Manila. The role focuses on day-to-day accounts payable, reconciliations and financial processing within Xero.

This full-time, permanent position offers on-site or remote work options depending on setup, with early-morning to mid-day schedules. Ideal candidates will have strong Australian bookkeeping experience and a solid understanding of GST and AP.

Qualifications

• Experience handling day-to-day accounts payable and reconciliations in an Australian context.
• Strong understanding of GST and accounts payable processes.
• Ability to process payroll tasks when needed and stay compliant.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and bills in Xero.
• Manage accounts payable and reconcile bank statements.
• Complete bank and supplier reconciliations.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding invoices and account queries.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and variations.
• Ensure correct coding and filing of transactions in Xero.
• Assist with GST-inclusive and GST-exclusive transactions.
• Support payroll processing when required.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting docs.
• Do ad hoc admin tasks to support finance and back-office team.

Schedule: 6am-3pm / 7am-4pm / 8am-5pm

About the Role

Lynk Global is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join a growing Australian construction business on a full-time basis. This role would suit someone with strong Australian bookkeeping experience who is confident managing day-to-day accounts payable, reconciliations and financial processing within Xero.

Key Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and bills in Xero


• Manage Accounts Payable


• Complete bank and supplier reconciliations


• Liaise with suppliers regarding invoices, bills and account queries


• Match invoices against purchase orders and variations


• Ensure transactions are correctly coded and filed within Xero


• Correctly process GST-inclusive and GST-exclusive transactions


• Assist with payroll processing where required


• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation


• Initial two months will involve some ad hoc administrative tasks to support the wider finance and back office team

What We’re Looking For

• Previous Australian bookkeeping experience is essential


• Strong hands-on experience with Xero


• Good understanding of Australian GST and Accounts Payable


• Experience completing bank and supplier reconciliations


• Understanding of purchase orders and variations


• Sound understanding of basic accounting principles, including debits and credits


• Strong attention to detail and organisation


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
