Job summary

Seaway Integrated Logistics Solutions Inc. is seeking a diligent Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate records using modern accounting software.

You will record AP/AR, perform bank reconciliations, support bi-weekly payroll and tax filings, and prepare monthly statements for management.

Open to recent graduates with accounting/finance degrees; strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Open to recent graduates with Accounting or Finance degree.
• Internship or bookkeeping experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong Excel and accounting software experience.
• Accurate data entry and record-keeping.

About the role

As our Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with financial reporting. The ideal candidate has a strong head for numbers, excellent organizational skills, and hands-on experience with modern accounting software.

Key responsibilities

• Record and reconcile accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions accurately

About you

• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet strict deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision


• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus (equivalent work experience will also be considered)
