Job summary

CBRE is seeking a BMS Operator in Taguig City to monitor and operate the Building Management System, ensuring HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and life safety systems function efficiently. The role supports energy management and preventive maintenance across the building complex.

Candidates should have a related degree, NCII, and at least 3 years of FM/Engineering experience, with willingness to work a six-day rotating schedule. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Vocational Graduate related to Facilities Management or Engineering.
• NCII Certificate required.
• At least 3 years of experience in Facilities Management, Engineering/Maintenance.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems and facilities equipment (Electrical/Mechanical/HVAC).
• Leadership and management experience.
• Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, 6 days a week, weekends/holidays.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure systems run efficiently.
• Respond to alarms and coordinate troubleshooting or corrective actions as needed.
• Review work orders, monitor service requests, and track issue resolution.
• Support energy management initiatives by optimizing system performance.
• Monitor building systems for compliance with operating standards, safety requirements, and procedures.
